By registering an account either as a Business, individual, group or organization, the user agrees to comply with all terms.
It is the responsibility of registered users including individuals, Businesses, groups or organizations whether or not subscribed to protect the privacy of their password and create “strong” passwords which use a variety of characters, symbols, letters and numbers.
Servicefaction will not tolerate any users of any kind including but not limited to Businesses, organizations, groups, or individuals using the service of Servicefaction or Servicefaction.com to threaten, harass, abuse or to carry out any type of harmful intention toward any other individual, group, Business or organization whether or not they are registered, subscribed, or both. Any attempt to be destructive to the reputation of a Business, group or organization will not be tolerated and will result in termination of the account of the violating Party, which could include being banned from any future use.
Servicefaction reserves the right to revoke any individual or paid Business subscribed account for any violations of the any of Servicefaction’s stated policies or any other reason not stated which Servicefaction deems as unfair or harmful to the interest of any Business or individual involved. Termination of any account may include being banned from any future use.
Servicefaction does not tolerate any use of vulgar language for any reason.
All parties involved in use of Servicefaction.com, including any subscribed Business, group, or organization, registered users such as individuals who register to submit feedback to Businesses as their Customers, are completely free to cancel their registered account at any time either with or without stated reason and may or may not receive full or partial refund of payment.

Servicefaction and Servicefaction.com are founded on accountability.
Email addresses used to create and sign in to an account are never seen by anyone other than approved administrators of Servicefaction. Unless an email address is typed in to any of the available open fields that users have throughout the application, users of Servicefaction communicate with one another anonymously.
Email addresses are never sold or traded or used for any commercial purpose other than the intended purpose of helping Businesses and Customers communicate with each other to improve Customer service and Customer satisfaction.
